History does not remember everyone.
History only remembers the ones who swam across all the oceans for their love,
the ones who flew miles away for their love,
the ones who trusted empty countries and white skies and declared wars against them all,
the ones who failed to remember colour, caste, age and so much more,
the ones who fought with pens and raised questions no one dared to,
the ones who cried so loud, they went mad,
and the ones who chose to fade away into the mysterious air willingly.
History does not remember everyone,
but only the passionate lovers.
History does not remember everyone;
but it will remember us.
